Terms of Agreement

  • No smoking inside the building.
  • Pets allowed, with restrictions - please contact us for details.
  • Adult orientated - not child proofed.
  • The maximum number of persons allowed to sleep in the house at any time is 8.
  • Tenant(s) will be responsible for any damage caused by willful or malicious acts during their stay.
  • Tenant(s) agree to leave the house clean at the end of their stay or pay a $50.00 cleaning fee.
  • Tenants will be responsible for replacing missing items and payment for damage to the furnishings or building, beyond normal wear and tear.
  • A reservation deposit of 50% of the total fee is required to confirm your reservation. Payment of this deposit will be applied toward your rental balance.
  • The remaining balance, including $200.00 for damage deposit, is due on your arrival.
  • In case of cancellation less than 30 days before the booked date the reservation fee will not be refunded, unless we are able to rebook for the above noted dates, in which case we will refund the reservation deposit less 10%.
  • Check in time is from 3:00 pm to 7:00 pm.
  • Check out time is 11:00 am.
  • The security deposit will be returned after the house has been fully inspected and found in a satisfactory condition, less any damage or extra cleaning fees. Deposits are typically returned within the week.
  • The renter hereby assumes full responsibility for any and all injuries and or damages that may be sustained by the renter or any other person as a result of or in connection with this rental.
